The Waffle House on Duval Road near Interstate 95 was cited for raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food, an employee’s personal items stored above a food prep area and garbage on the ground around a dumpster.

According to inspectors, Domo Japanese Restaurant on East West Parkway near County Road 220 had three small live flying insects in the kitchen, raw animal food stored over ready-o-eat food and a time/temperature safety violation.

All the restaurants passed follow up inspections.
