With just over a week to go until outdoor dining can recommence, many of us are scouting locations for our first meal out of the year.
We recently compiled a list of the pubs in Nottinghamshire that held a five star food hygiene rating from the Food Standard Agency (FSA), which provides businesses with a cleanliness rating out of 5. The rating shows which food-serving businesses have "very good" hygiene, and the ones that require "urgent improvement".
This week, we have taken a look at all of the restaurants who also hold a five star rating. Using this list, you can revisit restaurants after lockdown safe in the knowledge that the food served has been prepared in the safest possible way.
These ratings were accurate as of March 29, 2021. All inspections were carried out prior to the current lockdown.
