Hive to Open at Selfridges | Eat & Drink | London On The Inside
News Source/Courtesy: londontheinside.com

We may be in lockdown but there have been some busy bees over at Selfridges as brand new honey-based concept restaurant Hive is getting ready to open in December. Obviously the kitchen will be incorporating honey in the dishes, including a honey and cheese pairings selection (including the likes of Comte with chestnut honey and Fourme d’Ambert with buckwheat honey) and a honey and cheese afternoon tea.

The Hive team is really going all out on the theme beyond the food too with botanical statement walls, plant boxes and golden bee structures in the restaurant, plus their very own bees who you’ll be able to spot just outside the window.
