The Salt House in Kolkata has been creating some of the most insane dishes in the city. Their menu always has a twist and the Durga Pujo festive menu wasn't any different. I loved how they picked up favorites from the city and gave it a beautiful modern turn. Tritiya is the third day of navratri or Durga Pujo as we Bengalis like to call it.
